Who this policy covers
Tailored AI Group LLC ("TAG," "we," "us") provides business consulting, workflow implementation and software services. This policy covers tailoredaigroup.com, inquiries and assessments submitted to TAG, and TAG-operated applications that link to this policy.
Those applications include NCC Command Center, also called Agent Desk, which TAG provides to New Coast Collective. TAG operates the technology. The brokerage manages its business and determines how its team uses brokerage and client records. Its own notices and agreements also apply to that use.
When TAG processes records on a business customer's instructions, the customer controls the business purpose. Our agreement with that customer governs that processing. TAG separately handles information for its website, customer relationships, service administration, support and security.
Information we collect and why
| How you interact with TAG | Information involved | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Request a questionnaire summary | Name, company, email, phone, employee count, selected journey, five answers and consent record | Send the requested summary, understand the request and respond to you |
| Contact TAG or book a meeting | Contact information, messages, scheduling details and information you choose to share | Answer the inquiry, arrange the meeting and manage the relationship |
| Use a business application | Sign-in identity, workspace membership, permissions, profile details and saved preferences | Provide access and personalize the requested service |
| Work in a customer workspace | Authorized contact and lead details, notes, preferences, tasks, appointments, property or transaction information, requests and work records | Provide the functions the business and its authorized users request |
| Use or administer the service | Request times, network and browser information, sign-in events, errors, approvals and relevant activity records | Deliver the service, prevent abuse, investigate failures and maintain accountability |
Information comes from you, the business providing your workspace, its authorized users and services connected with appropriate permission. A service appearing in a connector catalog does not itself give TAG access to an account.
Please do not send passwords, payment credentials, government identification documents or confidential customer, employee or financial information through a general inquiry form. Agree on an appropriate handling process with TAG first.
Internal training and improving client work
TAG does not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
TAG may use personal information to train and improve our staff, refine our processes, and develop or improve technology used to produce better work for our clients. Any such use must remain consistent with the relevant customer agreement and instructions, confidentiality obligations, applicable law, and required notices or consent. This policy does not override those restrictions or itself authorize a new use of customer-controlled records.
The Google-data restrictions below take priority over this internal-training purpose. Google Workspace data obtained through sensitive or restricted API scopes, including information derived from that data, cannot be used to train or improve a shared AI model across clients or users. Any permitted model personalization must be confined to that specific user's disclosed, appropriate feature. NCC's Analyze My Style uses rules and does not train an AI model.
Website questionnaires and booking
You can explore the website's question journeys without providing contact details. Unsubmitted answers remain in the page and clear when you reload or close it. When you submit the final form, TAG receives the contact details and answers listed above. The system also records the submission time, suggested starting point, follow-up status and email delivery status.
The Hostinger-hosted website passes submissions to TAG's Google Workspace system. Submitted records are stored in a private Google Sheet. Requested summaries are sent through TAG's Gmail account from info@tailoredaigroup.com. Submitting the questionnaire permits follow-up about that request; it does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
The booking button opens Google Calendar. Google collects the information needed to arrange your appointment and provides confirmation and meeting details. Questionnaire answers are not added to the booking link. Booking and email correspondence are separate records from the questionnaire submission.
Connected accounts and workspace access
An account connection requires permission through the relevant service. The connection screen explains the permissions requested for the available feature. You can decline an optional connection. Features that depend on it may then be unavailable.
Shared workspace records are available to the business and its authorized users according to their roles. A shared business workspace is not a private personal inbox. Connect only accounts and information you are authorized to use there.
NCC's brokerage Google Workspace connection is separate from personal Gmail style analysis. Its current baseline permissions cover Google identity, Drive file metadata and Calendar reading. NCC stores the connection's account identity, granted permissions and an encrypted credential associated with the workspace so the authorized connection can continue to function. This credential is different from the temporary access token used by Analyze My Style. Disconnecting the brokerage connection attempts Google revocation and local credential cleanup; a failed cleanup can require reconciliation.
Revoking a provider connection stops the access allowed by that connection. It does not automatically delete records already saved in TAG's application, the customer's systems or your provider account. The deletion-request process below applies to retained TAG records.
Optional NCC Gmail feature: Analyze My Style
When available, Analyze My Style helps an NCC member review writing preferences. It is optional. Manual style choices remain available without Gmail access. NCC asks for consent before directing you to Google's authorization screen, and the Google account must match your NCC membership.
This feature requests basic Google identity information and Gmail read-only permission. Google's permission permits mailbox reading. NCC limits its own requests to a sample of at most 20 sent messages from the preceding 90 days. It uses a separate personal authorization rather than the brokerage's Google connection.
NCC temporarily processes message text to suggest measurable preferences such as message length, greetings, sign-offs and layout. It uses rules for this analysis and does not send the email sample to an external language-model provider. You review the suggestions and choose what to save.
The feature does not send, modify or delete email, fetch attachments, or create a continuing Gmail connection for NCC's chat assistant. Its extraction process attempts to remove quoted and forwarded material, but cannot guarantee that every included word was written by you.
The application does not save message bodies or recipient names in its style-analysis records. Those records contain account-linked consent and run details, status, failure information and aggregate suggestions. The access token is held during processing; this feature does not request or retain a refresh token. A temporary encrypted authorization verifier is cleared when the request is claimed, finished or expired.
Analysis results become unavailable 24 hours after a run starts. Scheduled cleanup removes expired run records; a processing backlog can delay physical deletion. Preferences you choose to save are separate from those temporary results and remain until changed or removed through the applicable account or deletion process. Revoking Google access alone does not remove saved preferences.
NCC attempts to revoke the feature's Google authorization after a run. An interruption or failed revocation can leave that authorization active. NCC displays the uncertainty and directs you to Google account connections, where you can remove it yourself.
Limits on Google data use
TAG's use of information received from Google APIs, including transfers to another application, will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace Limited Use requirements.
Google data and its derivatives are used only for the disclosed user-facing functions. They are not sold, used for advertising or lending decisions, or used to train or improve AI models beyond a permitted individual user's personalized feature. Analyze My Style does not train an AI model.
Transfers are limited to the consented feature, necessary security purposes, legal obligations, or a business transfer with the user's explicit prior consent. Human access is limited to specific user consent, necessary security or legal purposes, or appropriately aggregated and anonymized internal operations. These limits also apply to TAG's personnel, contractors and successors.
Who receives information
TAG uses service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, email delivery and other functions needed to provide its services. The website uses Hostinger and Google Workspace as described above. NCC uses Cloudflare infrastructure, including application hosting and database services. Google handles Google sign-in, authorization and Google API connections. Enabled Slack alerts send the information needed for an alert to the customer's configured Slack destination.
TAG personnel and authorized service providers may access information needed to operate, support and protect the service, subject to the purpose and access restrictions that apply. The additional Google-data limits above take priority for Google information.
TAG may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or when necessary to investigate misuse and protect rights or safety. A merger or other business transfer may involve records subject to applicable restrictions and notice requirements. Google information remains subject to its stricter transfer requirements.
Cookies, browser storage and technical records
The questionnaire submission form uses a temporary session cookie to protect requests. Its server uses short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit repeated submissions. Questionnaire answers are not placed in page URLs.
NCC uses authentication technologies and browser storage to maintain access and remember application settings. Blocking required cookies or storage can prevent those functions from working. Hosting and connected services may maintain their own operational records under their applicable terms and policies.
How long we retain information
Questionnaire intake records are scheduled for removal from TAG's Google Sheet after 180 days. Email correspondence and appointment records are separate and can remain in Gmail and Google Calendar. The 180-day schedule is not a promise that every copy in every service is deleted at that time.
The specific 24-hour availability limit for temporary Gmail style results is described above. It does not apply to saved preferences, customer records, general correspondence, security records or backups.
For other records, retention depends on why the record is needed: maintaining an active account or engagement, following the business customer's instructions, addressing an inquiry or dispute, protecting the service, and meeting applicable recordkeeping requirements. A deletion request may require us to distinguish customer-controlled records from TAG's own records and any information that must be retained. Backup and provider recovery copies may remain until their applicable retention periods end.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can leave a questionnaire without submitting contact information, decline optional account connections, change saved application preferences and revoke Google access through your Google account.
To request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, email info@tailoredaigroup.com with the subject Privacy request. Identify the service and the email address associated with it. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents in the initial message. We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding.
For records controlled by a brokerage or another business customer, contact that business. TAG can help route the request and assist as required by the customer agreement and applicable law. Applicable privacy rights, response periods and exceptions depend on your location and the circumstances. This policy does not limit rights provided by law.
Security, location and third-party services
TAG uses access controls and other safeguards to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. TAG is based in Bluffton, South Carolina, and uses providers that may process information in the United States and other locations. A provider's global infrastructure does not establish a particular data-residency guarantee for your service.
TAG's services are intended for adults acting in a business or professional capacity, not children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Other websites and services have their own privacy practices. This policy describes TAG's handling of information and does not replace those providers' notices.
Changes and contact
We will publish policy updates with a revised effective date. When required, we will give additional notice or obtain consent before using information for a materially different purpose.
