Privacy and your questionnaire
This notice covers the Tailored AI Group website questionnaire and its booking links.
You can explore the five-question journeys without providing contact details. Your selections stay in the page until you choose to submit the final form. Reloading or closing the page clears unsent answers.
What you choose to share
When you request your email summary, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, employee count, selected journey and all five answers. We also record the submission time, your agreement to the form notice, suggested starting point, follow-up status and email delivery status.
How we use it
Tailored AI Group uses this information to send the summary you requested, understand your situation and contact you about that request. The summary uses your selected answers to suggest what to examine. It is not a diagnosis or a guarantee of business results. Submitting the questionnaire does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Where it is kept
We store submitted records in a private Google Workspace Sheet and send your summary through our Gmail account from info@tailoredaigroup.com. Our Hostinger website passes the submission to that Workspace system. Intake records are scheduled for removal from the Sheet after 180 days. Email correspondence and appointment records are separate and may remain in Gmail and Google Calendar.
Booking
Book Directly opens Google Calendar in a new tab. Google collects the details needed to schedule your appointment, confirms the time and provides meeting information. Your questionnaire answers are not added to the booking link.
Technical records
The submission form uses a temporary session cookie to protect requests. The server keeps short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit repeated submissions. Hosting and Google services may maintain their own operational logs. We do not put your answers in page URLs.
Questions or corrections
Email info@tailoredaigroup.com to correct your answers, ask about your record or request deletion. Please avoid including confidential customer, employee or financial information in correspondence unless we have agreed how to handle it.
