I built Tailored AI Group because the market needed a doer, not another consultant.

Too many owner-operators of real businesses get sold AI strategies, AI roadmaps, AI workshops, and AI readiness assessments. Slide decks instead of systems. Frameworks instead of working software. The buyer walks away poorer and no further along than they were before.

Meanwhile the actual technology matured to the point where a small, disciplined team could go into a business, install a real AI layer underneath the operation, and have it running in twelve weeks.

Nobody was doing that work for the businesses that needed it most: the ones doing one to ten million in revenue, run by owners who decide on a Tuesday and want the work started by Friday.

That is the gap. That is the company.

We use Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's ChatGPT because they earned the right to operate inside real businesses. We use QuickBooks, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, DocuSign, and whatever else our clients already pay for because the goal is to make those tools more useful, not replace them with something new.

We do the work fast, safely, and accurately, in that order, every time. We measure what we install. We stay on after the build to keep it running. We do not sell anything we would not operate ourselves.
