At Tailored AI Group, we treat your business intelligence as sacred. This policy outlines how the EVE system interacts with your data.
1. Data Collection & Permissions
The EVE system only accesses data you explicitly authorize via OAuth integrations (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot). We collect:
- Communication Metadata: Timestamps, sender/recipient lists (to map relationships).
- Content Data: Email bodies, Slack messages, and document contents strictly for the purpose of generating summaries and action items.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the EVE dashboard.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Provide the specific services requested (e.g., "Draft a reply to this email").
- Build your isolated "Company Brain" context graph.
- Improve the accuracy of EVE's recommendations within your tenant.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train public Large Language Models (LLMs) used by other clients.
3. Data Retention
You own your data. Upon termination of service, we provide a full export of your "Company Brain" context graph, and subsequently permanently delete all client data from our servers within 30 days.
4. Third-Party Processors
We utilize enterprise-grade LLM providers (OpenAI Enterprise, Anthropic) via zero-retention APIs. These agreements legally bind our providers from using data sent via API for model training.
