The Blueprint

$2,500. Two days. Credited in full toward any layer you build with us.

The decision document before the build.

We come in for two days. We talk to the people who actually run the work: you, your right hand, and the person who knows where everything lives. We take measurements. We look at how the business moves on a normal week.

At the end, you have a written Blueprint that shows where you are now, where you could be with a full AI layer underneath the business, and what it takes to get there.

Why it matters now

Owners have seen what AI can do, but they do not have a reliable way to know what is possible for their business, what it should cost, or what the realistic return looks like. The Blueprint ends the guesswork.

What we need from you

Three hours total. Two conversations across two days. We do everything else.

The Foundation

$5,000. One to two weeks. Standard install.

The operating spine connected.

We connect AI to the four tools every service business runs on: CRM, email and calendar, accounting, and team chat. These are the systems where customer records, scheduling, invoices, reports, internal messages, and shared context already live.

When we are done, AI can see across all four with the same permissions your team has, and nothing more.

Common custom add-ons

  • E-signature platforms such as DocuSign and PandaDoc.
  • Payment processing such as Stripe, PayPal, or Square.
  • Industry-specific tools for dispatch, field service, legal work, marine yards, and project management.
  • Marketing, form intake, document storage, and custom databases.

Why this matters now

Right now, QuickBooks talks to QuickBooks. HubSpot talks to HubSpot. Your inbox talks to nobody. Information that should move between them has to be carried by a person. The Foundation ends that.

The Vault

$12,500. Two to three weeks. Standard install.

The knowledge layer your business already runs on.

The Vault captures the institutional knowledge that turns generic AI into something that acts like your business. Every install includes four core libraries: voice, pricing, customers, and operating rules.

Included libraries

  • Voice Library: customer, vendor, complaint, and announcement language.
  • Pricing Library: standard work, exceptions, margins, discounts, and walk-away rules.
  • Customer Library: major accounts, VIPs, special arrangements, and customer memory.
  • Operating Library: decisions, escalations, and what done looks like.

Common custom add-ons

  • Proposal libraries.
  • Contract and clause libraries.
  • Compliance and regulatory libraries.
  • Technical knowledge libraries.
  • Multi-brand voice libraries.

The Factory

$17,500. Three to four weeks. Five standard workflows included.

The recurring work, handled.

The Factory installs the workflows that keep the business moving without turning into another job for the owner or office manager.

Included workflows

  • The Monday Brief.
  • The Invoice Chase.
  • The Lead Welcome.
  • The Month-End Close Pack.
  • The Weekly Numbers.

Custom workflow examples

  • The Quote Builder.
  • The Permit Tracker.
  • The Service Reminder Engine.
  • The Capacity Forecast.
  • The Retention Watch.

A single well-built workflow inside The Factory typically returns three to eight hours per week of capacity. Across the standard five, the business starts to feel like it hired capacity without adding a seat.

The Workforce

$35,000. Six to eight weeks. Two standard workers included.

AI workers trained on your Vault and wired through your Foundation.

The Workforce changes the math on people-shaped bottlenecks. Each worker is scoped, trained, monitored, and connected to the systems it needs to do a defined job.

Standard worker library

  • Quote Follow-Up Worker.
  • Lead Research Worker.
  • Invoice Reconciliation Worker.
  • Customer Care Worker.
  • Schedule Defender.
  • Renewal Watcher.

When custom workers make sense

  • The job is unique to your industry or model.
  • The decision logic is more nuanced than a standard worker handles.
  • The integrations go beyond standard tools.
  • The worker needs to operate across multiple systems we have not standardized on.

Chief AI Officer

$5,000 a month. Fifteen hours a week. Twelve-month minimum.

The standing seat after the build is live.

A fractional executive function for the AI layer of your company. This is the role a full-time Chief AI Officer would otherwise own, held by us at a scope and price that makes sense for a business your size.

What it buys every month

  • Monthly performance review.
  • Quarterly additions of workflows and workers.
  • Active maintenance and monitoring.
  • New capabilities folded in as technology evolves.
  • A standing seat in technology and AI decisions.

Why it matters

The installed system should not quietly age while the business changes around it. Chief AI Officer keeps the layer useful, measured, and improving quarter over quarter.
